Women in Ranching Confluence

*** The Confluence is SOLD OUT! Please join our waitlist if you'd like to be alerted if a spot opens up. ***

Hosted by Women in Ranching (WIR) in partnership with the Paicines Ranch Learning Center, the WIR Confluence '25 is designed to spark meaningful conversations and deepen connections to the land and one another. This immersive experience offers participants the rare opportunity to engage with each other and with guest speakers, exchange ideas, share stories, and celebrate the power of collective action. Through collaborative activities, open dialogue, and thought-provoking panel discussions, we will build on our roots, laying the groundwork for continued growth.

Women in Ranching began their journey at Paicines Ranch over a decade ago with a vision imagined by our own Elaine Patarini and TomKat Ranch's Wendy Millet, and we are so humbled WIR will be returning home with us for their annual (and first-ever in-person!) Confluence.

You've arrived at the place that has all you need to know about registration, lodging, travel, meals and venue logistics!
